If we want to live life successfully, then we need to understand the importance of life skills. It polishes the ability to adapt to all kinds of circumstances and succeed in every aspect of society.

  Life skill activities  on Non Violence and Integrity were conducted in the class.

 

PRIMARY PLUS /NIE ACTIVITY

 

WORLD POPULATION DAY 

11 JULY 

A short presentation on World Population Day was shown to the students to

acquaint them with the problems that are arising due to increasing population.

AND BAL GANADHAR TILAK

Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tributes to freedom fighters 

Chandra Shekhar Azad and Bal Gangadhar Tilak on their birth anniversaries on Sunday, saying their contribution to the freedom struggle will always inspire the people of the country.

A short presentation on this occasion was shown to the students , to acquaint them with the sacrifices made by the great freedom fighters.

HAWAN

We at DAV believe that hawan has the power to enrich the environment with positive energies.

Keeping in tune with the tradition of Arya Samaj, Hawan was  performed in the school premises.  Children chanted  the hawan mantras and performed the hawan with their teachers.

It is very rightly said by Denis Waitley that a sign of wisdom and maturity is when you come to terms with the realization that your decisions cause your rewards and consequences. You are responsible for your life, and your ultimate success depends on the choices you make.

A house assembly was held on 26 July 2023 wherein all the five houses Modesty, Enterprise, Dignity, Freedom, and Courage house showcased beautiful and astounding presentations on the given tag lines.  The students were filled with joy and exuberance.

The house System serves as a platform for the students to exhibit their skill in various activities.

Tag Lines:

Modesty House: People – Loving and respecting Humanity

Enterprise House: Planet – Our utopia, our paradise

Dignity House: Partnership – Collective Wisdom

Freedom House: Prosperity – Rejoicing the abundance.

Courage House: Peace – Celebrating Tranquility, Love and Joy.

All the participants were geared up and dressed up in eye catching attires.

Madam Principal Ms. Seema Agarwal applauded the performances and also congratulated Supervisory head Ms. Ritu Mahajan , the teachers and the participants for the extreme hard work laid down . Overall, a spectacular show was put up by all the houses .
