The Annual Sports Days at DL DAV Model School, Pitampura, lit up the grounds on 13, 14, and 15 October 2026, with vibrant celebrations for Classes VI, V, and IV. Under the guidance of our Principal Ma'am, Mrs. Anupama Sinha, the events thrived on enthusiasm, healthy competition and sportsmanship. Kicking off the festivities was the unveiling of our Sports Day mascot, a pigeon symbolizing peace and unity, followed by the ceremonial torch lighting. A highlight was the impressive March Past by the Student Council, reflecting discipline and leadership. The playground buzzed with excitement during Throwball, Basketball, Tug of War, Hurdle Race, and the Spoon Race, showcasing the students' agility and teamwork.
Principal ma'am continues to inspire students to prioritize physical fitness and holistic education, emphasizing that sports play a vital role in shaping resilient individuals. Overall, the Annual Sports Days celebrated not just athletic skills but also the essence of perseverance, fair play and the embrace of challenges.

  APRIL 2026                                 WORLD HEALTH DAY 2026 World Health Day 2026, themed “Together for Health – Stand with Science,” was brought to life through an engaging initiative that moved beyond theory into practical, evidence-based action. By integrating a scientific PowerPoint presentation with the hands-on creation of First Aid Boxes , students bridged the gap between medical knowledge and emergency preparedness. This activity underscored the vital role of hygiene and first aid as the body’s first line of defense, emphasizing that when we "stand with science," we replace guesswork with proven life-saving protocols.
